The Tolaga Bay Wharf is a historic landmark. It is one of the longest wharves in New Zealand, measuring 660 meters in length and was originally built between 1926 and 1929 to accommodate large ships that transported goods to and from the region. Meet descendants of Te Aitanga-o-Hauiti hapu who meet the crew of the HMS bark Endeavour in 1769.
